• How EAP/EAL aid in overcoming barriers to find change

• How EAP/EAL can aid in the development of decision making skills

• How EAP/EAL can support the use of appropriate risks to move out of comfort zone

• How EAP/EAL increases use of effective communication—both verbally and non-verbally

The Joint Commission generally reviews a Hospital’s accreditation on a tri-annual basis. Highland-Clarksburg’s original accreditation was October 2013.
